香附茶多酚方剂的抗氧化作用实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价香附茶多酚方剂的抗氧化作用。方法 60只雄性小鼠分为对照组、模型组、阳性对照组及3个香附茶多酚方剂剂量组,除对照组外D-半乳糖500mg/kg腹腔注射造模,注射量为0.1mL/10g,每日1次,连续造模6周。给药组连续灌胃30d,同时模型组和各给药组继续给予相同剂量D-半乳糖腹腔注射。末次灌胃1h后,取血测定血清抗氧化能力。另取60只小鼠给药方法同前,末次灌胃后,禁食16h,模型组和给药组灌胃给予50%乙醇12mL/kg,6h后取肝脏,测定肝组织的抗氧化能力。结果香附茶多酚方剂连续小鼠灌胃30d,各剂量组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量均显著升高(P<0.01),蛋白质羰基含量显著下降(P<0.01),香附茶多酚方剂高剂量组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05)。各剂量组肝组织SOD活力均显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),MDA含量、蛋白质羰基含量显著下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),香附茶多酚方剂高剂量组GSH含量显著上升(P<0.05)。结论香附茶多酚方剂对动物具有抗氧化功效。 Objective To evaluate the antioxidant effects of the extract of Rhizoma Cyperi with Tea Polyphenols(TP).Methods Fixty male mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:control group,model group,positive group and three dose groups of the extract of Rhizoma Cyperi with TP.500 mg/kg D-galactose were intraperitoneal injected in mice except for the control group(0.1 mL/10 g-1·d-1),continuous 6 weeks.After ig.administration for 30 days,blood sample was collected and antioxidant capacity were tested.By the same administration for 30 days,another 60 mice received single oral administration with 50%ethanol 12 mL/kg,liver sample was taken and antioxidant capacity were tested after 6 hours.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the serum level of SOD were significantly increased.Protein carbonyl were decreased in 3 dose groups of the extract of Rhizoma Cyperi with TP(P<0.01),the serum level of GSH were increased of high and middle dose group,and the contents of MDA in serum were decreased in high dose group(P<0.05).The liver level of SOD were increased,MDA were decreased in 3 dose groups of the extract of Rhizoma Cyperi with TP(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the contents of GSH in liver were increased and protein carbonyl were decreased in high and middle dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extract of Rhizoma Cyperi with TP can increase the activity of antioxidant.
