海藻玉壶汤加减治疗甲状腺肿瘤术后临床疗效及对甲状腺激素水平的影响

Effect of Modified Haizao Yuhu Decoction on Postoperative Thyroid Tumor and Thyroid Hormone Levels

目的探讨甲状腺肿瘤术后给予患者海藻玉壶汤加减治疗的临床效果以及对甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法选取2016年2月-2017年3月在本院接受甲状腺肿瘤切除术治疗的86例患者为研究样本,以随机数字表法分为对照组(甲状腺素钠片治疗,n=43)、观察组(海藻玉壶汤加减治疗,n=43),比较两组临床疗效及甲状腺激素水平。结果与治疗前比较治疗后2组TSH、FT3、FT4水平均有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组治疗后FT4水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,总有效率(93.02%)高于对照组(72.09%)(P<0.05)。结论海藻玉壶汤加减应用于甲状腺肿瘤患者术后治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状及甲状腺激素水平、甲状腺功能,降低复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Haizao Yuhu decoction on postoperative thyroid cancer patients and its influence on thyroid hormone levels.Methods The 86 patients treated with thyroid tumor resection in the hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were divided into control group(treated with thyroxine sodium tablets,n=43)and observation group(Haizao Yuhu decoction,n=43).The clinical effect and thyroid hormone levels in the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the levels of TSH,FT3 and FT4 in the two groups were obviously improved(P<0.05).The level of FT4 in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the total effective rate(93.02%)was higher than that of the control group(72.09%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Haizao Yuhu decoction could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and thyroid function of the patients,reduce the recurrence rate.
