摘要
为探索更加简便和有效的瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔技术及工艺,通过对常用的瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔技术及工艺进行分析,研究了定长定位钻孔封孔工艺,并研制出与之配套的两端自堵式封孔囊袋。该技术工艺简便快捷,实现了一次性带压注浆封孔,并能够实现瓦斯抽采钻孔的定长定位封孔,封孔效果较好、效率较高,降低了工人的劳动强度。在龙山煤矿进行了封孔工艺效果对比试验,结果表明:定长定位封孔工艺能提高瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔质量,单孔平均瓦斯抽采浓度提高约37.5%,所封钻孔的瓦斯抽采浓度衰减速度较慢,钻孔的使用周期较长,高浓度瓦斯抽采钻孔的比例较高。
In order to explore more simple and effective technology of drilling and sealing in gas extraction,the fixed length and location hole sealing and the self-plugging on both ends sealing sack which was used for that was developed,on the basis of the analysis of the routine technology of drilling and sealing in gas extraction.The technology was simple and quick,a single-pressure grouting seal and fixed length and location of borehole pressurized sealing was realized,the sealing technology had better sealing effect,higher efficiency and lower labor intensity.The comparison test was carried out in Longshan Coal Mine by using this technology and original hole sealing technology.The results showed that the new sealing technology can improve the quality of hole sealing,the average extraction concentration of single hole is increased by about 37.5%,the gas concentration decay of drainage borehole is slower,the borehole service cycle is longer,and the proportion of higher concentration borehole is higher.
