抽屉式金属纤维阻火器的研制及性能测试 被引量:2

摘要 针对煤矿瓦斯输送管道上需要安装干式阻火器这一现实需求,经过反复试验论证和改进,设计研制出抽屉式金属纤维阻火器,并对其进行了水压试验、压力损失试验及阻火性能测试。测试结果表明,该阻火器密封性良好、承压后不变形,且在连续15次阻火试验中均能实现有效阻火,阻火性能良好,可以作为煤矿瓦斯输送管道干式阻火器推广使用。 In view of the reality demand that the coal mine gas pipeline need to install dry flame arrester,the metal fiber flame arrester in drawer type was designed after repeated experiments and improvement,it has been tested for water pressure,stress loss,and fire resistance,the test results showed that the flame arrester is well sealed and does not deform after pressure,and achieve effective fire resistance in 15 consecutive fire resistance tests.As the fire resistance performance is good,it can be widely used as dry flame arrester in coal mine gas pipeline.
