With the development of information technology,the wisdom of clinic in the hospital more and more important in the information construction,has been unable to fully meet the needs of patients using existing infrastructure,we should integrate the outpatient service process,improve the efficiency of the medical treatment of patients,and effectively improve the reliability,reduce the cost of outpatient information system management,improve the utilization rate the hospital information system resources.
