计算机的硬件故障通常比较简单,如果发现计算机出现硬件问题,应及时关闭计算机的电源,并且做好控制工作,使用鼠标和键盘进行转移,禁止进行下一步操作,更换设备。管理人员以及相关工作人员可以有效设置学生计算机的网上邻居,在属性当中关闭文件和打印共享功能,通过这样的操作避免学生计算机之间互相干扰,也避免学生擅自访问。在很多情况之下如果发生故障,不能够及时找到并且确定管理人员,也就不能够马上排除故障,严重影响计算机的管理效果。因此,必须派遣专门的技术人员以及管理人员做好日常维护工作,在完成指定的教学任务以及目标之后,做好多方面的维护工作。
