高校信息共享平台建设及应用

Construction and Application of University Information Sharing Platform

伴随着信息技术的飞速发展,高校的管理和建设,需要基于数据平台并服务于教学事业资源。高校的信息共享平台内容广泛,涵盖了教务管理系统、档案信息资源、资产管理平台、仪器设备共享、实验实训中心和财务管理系统等内容。笔者以图书管理系统为例,从信息共享理论的模型入手研究,由平台的功能到平台的建构的不同方面,显示了信息共享的空间是不断发展变化的。并且从用户的实际需要出发,进而设计出符合用户需求的高效便捷的共享平台。

With the rapid development of information technology,the management and construction of colleges and universities should be based on the data platform and serve the teaching resources.The information sharing platform in Colleges and universities has a wide range of contents,including educational administration system,archival information resources,asset management platform,instrument and equipment sharing,experimental training center and financial management system.Taking the library management system as an example,starting from the model of information sharing theory,the different aspects of platform function and platform construction show that the space of information sharing is constantly developing and changing.And from the actual needs of the user,and then design a efficient and convenient sharing platform which meets the needs of the user.
