企业“信息孤岛”的形成与解决办法

The Formation and Solution of Enterprise "Information Island"

"信息孤岛"是企业在信息化发展过程中的产物,是企业信息化过程中普遍存在的现象。笔者分析了"信息孤岛"的表象、危害和成因,从管理、技术和业务层面,给出了解决办法,提出了企业信息化建设应遵循"统一规划、科学统筹、分步实施"的原则,防范"信息孤岛"再次产生,从而实现企业信息共享。

"Information island"is the product of the enterprise in the process of information development,and it is a common phenomenon in the process of enterprise informatization.The author analyzes the"information island"phenomenon,harm and causes,from the management,technology and service level,and gives out the solution,put forward the enterprise informatization construction should follow the principles of"unified planning,scientific planning,step by step implementation"of the principle of prevention"information island"again produced,so as to realize the enterprise information sharing.
