摘要
笔者先介绍了数据挖掘和客户关系管理的基本概念,然后在数据总结、分类发现以及研究关联信息的基础上,详细分析了数据挖掘技术在客户关系管理中的作用。进而以微信平台和公众号为例,从获取潜在新客户、提升客户价值以及预防客户流失相关方面入手,详细阐述了数据挖掘技术在客户关系管理中的具体应用方式。
The author first introduces the basic concepts of data mining and customer relationship management,and then analyzes the role of data mining technology in customer relationship management based on data summarization,classification discovery and Research on related information.Then,taking WeChat platform and public account as an example,from the aspects of acquiring potential new customers,enhancing customer value and preventing customer churn,this paper expounds the specific application of data mining technology in customer relationship management.
