Research on the Opening and Application of Guangxi Urban and Rural Integrated Information System under "Belt and Road"

广西作为"一带一路"建设重要的有机衔接门户,实现城乡统筹发展有利于其全面建设小康社会和主动参与经济全球化进程。运用大数据技术,促进广西城乡统筹信息系统的开放与利用,有利于增加市际和县域之间统筹合作的切入点,提升统筹效果,提高城乡间沟通效率,解决"信息孤岛"频现、各类城乡统筹信息平台发展不协调等难题,提高互联互通水平。

Guangxi Province is the crucial organic portal which connects to the"Belt and Road"construction.Coordinating urban and rural development could speed up the process of well-off society development and economic globalization.The use of big data technologies to promote the opening up and utilization of urban and rural integrated information systems in Guangxi is conducive to increasing the entry point for co-ordinating cooperation between cities and counties,enhancing the co-ordination effect and improving the communication efficiency between urban and rural areas,and resolving the frequent occurrence of"information silos"and issues such as the uncoordinated development of an integrated information platform for urban and rural areas and improving the level of interconnection and interoperability.
