面向医院的自动化运维管理云平台的设计与实现——以同济医院为例

The Design and Implementation of Automated Operation and Maintenance Management Cloud Platform toward Hospital——Taking Tongji Hospital as an Example

信息化已成为医院管理的重要手段之一,而越来越多的信息化系统对医院的运维工作提出了新的挑战。笔者以同济医院为例,介绍运维系统的设计与实现,将80%的运维管理工作集成到自动化运维管理云平台中,极大减少运维人员的工作量。通过云平台管理实现院区之间的服务器管理、生产环境保障和业务协同,可以满足不同类型医院的运维管理需求,为医院的自动化运维工作提供有效的依据和参考。

Informationization has become one of the most important means of hospital management,however,more and more information systems have become new challenges for the operation and maintenance of hospitals.Taking Tongji Hospital as an example,the author introduces the design and implementation of operation and maintenance system,which integrates 80%work of operation and maintenance management into the automated operation and maintenance management cloud platform,and greatly reduces the workload of operation and maintenance personnel.By management of the cloud platform,we can realize the server management,production environment protection and business collaboration among different hospital districts,and satisfy the operation and maintenance management requirements of different types of hospitals,thus providing an effective basis and reference for hospitals'automation operation and maintenance.
