摘要
随着移动互联网业务的快速发展,用户对无线网络的体验速率和时延要求越来越高。为有效提高用户感知,中国电信引入移动网感知分析平台,可解决无线侧导致的高时延问题。笔者以忻州电信质差小区为研究对象,从业务感知体系理论入手,对感知指标进行解读,通过业务感知无线侧分析,最终定位网络质差小区并解决相关问题,从而给用户带来更优质的网络使用体验。
With the rapid development of mobile Internet services,users are demanding more and more experience rates and delays of wireless networks.In order to effectively improve user perception,China Telecom introduces a mobile network awareness analysis platform to solve the high latency problem caused by the wireless side.The author takes Xinzhou telecom poor cell as the research object,starts with the theory of business sense system,interprets the perceptual index,and through service-aware wireless side analysis,finally locates the network poor cell and solves related issues,thus to bring users a better quality of the network use experience.
