随着工业自动化技术的不断发展,近年来工业自动化设备间的通信方案也越来越多。笔者通过S7-300配置、现场设备配置、AB7000网关设置,实现Modbus网络和Profibus DP网络之间数据的异构通信。整个系统具有稳定性和实时性,满足工业生产的要求,可以在自动化工程中广泛推广。

With the continuous development of industrial automation technology,there are more and more communication schemes among industrial automation equipment in recent years.The author realizes the heterogeneous communication between the Modbus network and the Profibus DP network through the S7-300 configuration,the field device configuration and the AB7000 gateway setting.The whole system is stable and real-time,and meets the requirements of industrial production.It can be widely popularized in automation engineering.
