随着科学技术的进步,信息技术被广泛应用到社会的各个方面,对广播电视来说,体现在以下两方面,首先,广播电视的发展促进了信息技术的更新,其次,对广播电视的定位从内容形式到传输方式都发生了较大的变化。信息技术给广播电视带来的影响是比较大的,合理应用信息技术,不仅能够开放思维、创新技术,还能有效改善广播电视中传输方式、内容、功能等方面的定位,充分利用计算机网络技术和信息技术,需要不断优化传统广播电视事业,不断促进广播电视发展,作为广播企业应抓住时代发展机遇,有机结合信息资源管理技术和广播电视技术,以网络信息化促进广播电视的现代化,在广播电视领域中充分利用丰富的广播电视信息资源,转变传统的广播电视观念,提高广播电视的传播质量。笔者分析计算机网络环境下广播电视信息技术资源的时代特征与影响。

With the progress of science and technology,information technology has been widely applied to all aspects of society,on radio and television,in the following two aspects,firstly,the development of radio and television to promote information technology updates,secondly,the location of radio and television content from the form to the transmission mode has changed greatly.The impact of information technology brings to radio and television is relatively large,the reasonable application of information technology,not only to open thinking,innovative technology,can effectively improve the positioning of radio and television transmission method,content and function,make full use of computer network technology and information technology,need to constantly optimize the traditional radio and television broadcasting,radio and television to promote as the broadcast development,enterprises should seize the era development opportunities,the organic combination of information resource management technology and broadcasting technology,to promote the modernization of information network of radio and television,radio and television to take full advantage of the rich information resources in the field of broadcasting and TV,change the traditional concept of radio and television,radio and television to improve communication quality.The author analyses the time characteristics and influence of the radio and television information technology resources in the computer network environment.
