高职院校园艺技术专业学生创新能力培养研究

Cultivation of Innovative Ability of Horticulture Technical Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

创新能力培养是当前高职教育的核心,该文针对高职园艺技术专业和学生特点,从创业教育的内涵,创业创新培养的理念、人才培养方案的制定、学生创业社团、技能大赛以及教师培养与创业能力培养的关系等方面入手,指出了高职园艺技术类专业学生创新能力培养的途径,构建了基于能力递进的创业知识传授和创业思维开发、创业能力培养和学生创业实践的高职园艺技术类专业学生创新能力培养模式,为高职院校有效培养学生的创新能力提供了思路。

The cultivation of innovative ability is the core of higher vocational education,based on the characteristics of higher vocational students and professional gardening technology,the ways to cultivate innovation ability for higher vocational students gardening technology were pointed out,starting from the connotation of entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship and innovation training concept,the relationship between the cultivation of innovative ability with talent training scheme,students entrepreneurial community,skills competition and teacher training and other aspects,cultivation mode of innovative ability of horticulture technical students in higher vocational colleges were constructed,which based on the ability progressive knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking development,entrepreneurial ability training and student entrepreneurship practice and provides a way to effectively cultivate students'innovation ability for higher vocational colleges.
