摘要
以红花酢浆草(Oxalis corymbosa)为材料,运用6种光合模型拟合其光响应曲线和CO_2响应曲线并探讨了最佳适用模型,为其生理生态研究和栽培提供基础理论依据。结果表明:(1)光响应曲线中,直角双曲线改进模型的合理性和精确度最优,拟合效果最佳,由其计算出红花酢浆草叶片的光补偿点(LCP)为24.934μmol·m^(–2)·s^(–1),饱和光强(LSP)为1445.083μmol·m^(–2)·s^(–1);(2)CO_2响应曲线中,指数改进模型精确度高,拟合效果最好,能准确地描述出红花酢浆草的CO_2响应曲线。指数改进模型计算出的CO_2补偿点(Г)为68.751μmol·mol^(–1),饱和CO_2浓度(Csp)为1253.773μmol·mol^(–1);(3)红花酢浆草对环境的适应能力强,光合作用潜力很大,但红花酢浆草属于耐阴植物,不耐高温,在进行人工栽培时应注意对其遮阴。
The six models were used to describe photosynthesis light response curves and CO2 response curves of Oxalis corymbosa and the optimal model was explored to provide the basic data for the research of physiological and ecological application.The results are as follows.(1)According to the mean square error(MSE),mean absolute error(MAE)and fitted values of photosynthesis light response parameters,the optimal model of photosynthesis light response curve about O.corymbosa was the modified rectangular hyperbola model.The light compensation point(LCP)and light saturation point(LSP)of O.corymbosa obtained by the modified rectangular hyperbola model were 24.934μmol·m?2·s?1 and 445.083μmol·m?2·s?1,respectively.(2)The MAE and MSE of photosynthesis CO2 response curve of the modified exponential model were the lowest;the fitted values of photosynthesis light response parameters was closest to the measured value.So the best model of photosynthesis CO2 response curve about O.corymbosa was the modified exponential model.The CO2 compensation point(Г)and CO2 saturation point(Csp)obtained by the modified exponential model were 68.751μmol·mol?1and 1253.773μmol·mol?1,respectively.(3)The O.corymbosa showed greater photosynthetic capacity and adaptability of survival,which was a shade-tolerant plant and could not resist high temperature.The O.corymbosa should be shaded to protect them from strong sunshine.
