摘要
分析BBTRZ型耐火电缆的结构以及材料组成。结合《Method for assessment of fire integrity of large diameter power cables for use as components for smoke and heat control other active fire safety systems》中耐火电缆试验方法,选择多个BBTRZ型耐火电缆进行耐火试验。通过各个电缆的耐火表现,研究各层耐火材料对其耐火性能的作用。得到结论认为,应选用硬铜导体,无机物包带制品,以及高密度、多层绕包的合成云母带;能保持硬质结构的填充材料是保证电缆通过试验的最重要结构。
The structure and materials of BBTRZ cables was ana-lyzed.Combining with the fire-resistance cables test methods in Method for assessment of fire integrity of large diameter power ca-bles for use as components for smoke and heat control other active fire safety systems,several BBTRZ fire-resistance cable were cho-sen to perform the fire-resistance test.The effect of fire-resistance material on the cable fire-resistance performance were studied,and it was believed that,hard copper conductor,inorganic material wrapping,and synthetic mica band with high density and multi-lay-er wrapping should be chosen;filling materials can ensure the hard structure is the most important structure guaranteeing the cable trough the test.
