危险化学品罐车泄漏事故堵漏技术探讨 被引量:5

摘要 分析堵漏技术应用方面存在的问题,总结实施堵漏的关键要素。将化工行业成熟堵漏技术和消防部队实际工作相结合,总结归纳了消防部队应掌握的堵漏方法和堵漏器材。对罐车易泄漏部位及泄漏形式进行了分析研究,形成安全阀、罐体本体、装卸管路、液位计、压力表、温度计等6个部件18种泄漏部位(形式),42种针对性堵漏实施方法的数据库;总结归纳了堵漏器材的使用压力范围和温度范围。 Problems during the application of plugging technology were analyzed,and the key elements of plugging technology were summarized.Combining the mature technology of chemical industry with the actual work of firefighting force,plugging methods and equipment for firefighting force were induced.The leaking compo-nent and leaking form of the tank were analyzed,and the database including 6 components(safety value,tank body,loading and un-loading pipeline,liquid level meter,pressure gauge,thermome-ter),18 leaking location/form and 42 targeted plugging methods were proposed.The pressure range and temperature range of plug-ging equipment were also summarized.
