摘要
为促进我国汽车产业的可持续发展,降低对石油能源的依赖并有效节能减排,近年来,我国政府相继出台了一系列鼓励新能源汽车发展的政策,各大汽车厂也加大对新能源汽车的投入,其中纯电动汽车和混合动力汽车是发展重点方向。2016年新能源汽车累计销量50.7万辆,2017年新能源汽车累计销量达73.5万辆,同比增长45%,呈现产销两旺状态,预计2018年将继续大幅增长。国家同时出台或更新了很多电动汽车试验方法,其中电动汽车能量消耗率和续驶里程是重要检测项目,也是消费者非常关心的指标,直接关系到使用成本和行程范围。为使试验结果更客观,依据《测量不确定度评定与表示(JJF 1059.1-2012)》,对电动汽车能量消耗率的不确定度进行评定。通过建立数学模型,分别进行A类,B类不确定度评定,能量消耗率扩展不确定度小于1wh/km。
In order to promote the sustainable development of auto industry in our country,reduce the dependence on petroleum energy and effective energy conservation and emissions reduction,in recent years,our government have issued a series of encouraging policy of the development of new energy vehicles,each various factory also increased investment in new energy vehicles,which is the focus of the development of pure electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles.In 2016,the accumulative sales volume of new energy vehicles totaled 507,000.In 2017,the total sales volume of new energy vehicles reached 735,000,up 45%from the year before,and it is expected to continue to increase dramatically in 2018.At the same time,many electric vehicle test methods have been introduced.The energy consumption rate and range of electric vehicle is important test items.Is also an indicator of great concern for consumers,which is directly related to the use cost and range of travel.In order to make the test results more objective,according to《Evaluation and Expression of uncertainty in Measurement(JJF 1059.1-2012)》,Evaluate the uncertainty about the energy consumption of electric vehicle.Through the establishment of mathematical models,the evaluation of class A,class B uncertainty,and the expansion uncertainty of energy consumption rate were less than 1wh/km.
