摘要
汽车球头销总成,是售后特殊易耗件,前期整车三包里程通常三年/60000公里,目前整车包修期逐渐提高到4年/100000公里,因此对球销总成售后耐久可靠性提高面临着巨大的考验。文章结合某车型开发中球头销的故障率分析,失效模式分析,CAE动态模拟,要因确认,制定对策,效果确认等方面进行逐一剖析和改进,并通过售后充分验证,球头销的售后故障率得到明显降低,12mis由2.395降低至0.29。
The automobile ball joint is a special consumable for three commitments of after sales service.In the previous period,the mileage of vehicle three commitments of after sales service is usually three years or 60,000 kilometers.Currently,the service of the automobile is gradually increased to 4 years or 100,000 kilometers.So the durability and reliability of the ball joint are facing a huge challenge.This article combines the failure rate analysis,failure mode analysis,CAE dynamic simulation,confirmation the main reason,enact countermeasures,Confirm the effect,and other aspects of a ball model in development of a vehicle model,and analyzes and improves the main reason one by one,and Fully validated through after-sales service;the after-sales failure rate of the ball joint has been significantly reduced.The Incidents Per Thousand Vehicles of 12 mis has decreased from 2.395 to 0.29.
