摘要
为满足汽车油耗对车身轻量化提出的要求,汽车前端模块结构得到广泛应用。为进一步提高前端模块的轻量化水平,通过OptiStruct优化零件结构,将塑料本体螺接钣金加强件的复合前端模块改进为薄壁化全塑前端模块。经过CAE分析,完全满足设计要求。同时达到了减少零件复杂程度,减少重量,降低成本的效果。
In order to meet the demand of automobile fuel consumption,the vehicle front end module structure is widely used.In order to further improve the lightweight level of the front-end module,the compound front-end module of the plastic body screw metal reinforcing part is improved to the thin-walled whole plastic front-end module by use OptiStruct to optimizing the part structure.After CAE analysis,FEM fully meet the design requirements.At the same time we reduce the complexity of the parts,reduce weight and reduce the cost.
