摘要
文章分析了弧齿锥齿轮中各参数方程,在此基础上基于CATIA V5软件研究了弧齿锥齿轮参数化建模方法。结果表明,齿轮三维模型的各个参数都有效地参与了实体建模中的草图约束和操作,改变其中的参数就可以得到新的齿轮模型。通过对汽车主减速器弧齿锥齿轮的参数化设计方法研究为类似科学研究和工程实际问题提供了重要的方法依据和参考价值。
This paper analyzes the parameter equations of the spiral bevel gear.Based on the CATIA V5 software,the parameterized modeling method of the spiral bevel gear is studied.The results show that every parameter of the 3D model of the gear is effectively involved in the sketch constraint and operation in solid modeling,and the new gear model can be obtained by changing the parameters.The parametric design method of spiral bevel gear for automotive main reducer provides important methods and reference value for similar scientific research and engineering practice.
