摘要
核电厂以及火电厂中存在很多输送高温高压液体的管道,并且经常会产生由于突然打开或者关闭阀门所引起的水击效应,导致管内液体产生较高压力的脉动,同时液体的温度也会不断变化,并且长期输送高温高压液体也会引起管道的蠕变效应。上面这几个因素导致这些管道可能出现突然的破裂,管内高压流动的液体将迫使管道产生高速的鞭打运动。一旦管道破裂,将会产生严重的后果,H型防甩装置能够很好的起到管道甩击的缓冲作用。文章通过试验和仿真研究H型防甩装置在管道冲击载荷下的响应。
The industrial plants,there are many pipes through which high pressure and high velocity fluid is transferred.Security capabilities of the pipes are concerned since they are designed as important components of the engineering project.But,because of some reasons,such as water hammer effect caused by sudden opening or shutting the valves,internal or external destructive effect on the pipes and so on,pressure pulsation or excessively high pressure inside the pipes may occur irregularly[1].In addition,the fluid temperature also changes over time.And the changes of pressure and temperature inside the pipes will lead to pipe fatigue.The long-term transfer of high pressure and high temperature liquid will also cause pipe creep effect,which is able to aggravate the formation and development of cavity and crack in the pipes.Furthermore,in some circumstances,the fluid inside the pipes may be caustic,and the pipes may be in a radioactive environment.All of the aforementioned reasons will decrease the mechanical properties of the pipes to some degree and have a negative effect on the security capabilities of the pipes.The H-type anti-dumping device has a good cushion for the pipe whip.This paper focus on the response of the H-type anti-dumping device on the pipeline impact load by test and simulation.
