摘要
试验主要是研究不同体积含量生物柴油对其表面张力的影响,表面张力的测量方法有很多种,试验采用的是一种较为精确可靠的试验方法即毛细上升法。试验利用数字图像处理软件,以游标卡尺定标,通过计算像素点的方法对各毛细管的内径及待测液体在毛细管内受毛细作用力上升的高度进行测定,通过公式计算即可得到所测液体的表面张力。试验研究表明,BD掺混燃油的表面张力系数受生物柴油体积含量的显著影响,并随生物柴油体积含量的增加呈近似线性增长。
This experiment is mainly to study the influence of different volume content of biodiesel on its surface tension,surface tension measurement method has a variety of,this test is a more accurate and reliable test method is capillary rise method.In this experiment,the inner diameter of each capillary and the height of the liquid to be measured in the capillary rising by capillary force are measured by calculating the pixel points,and the surface tension of the liquid to be measured can be obtained through formula calculation by using digital image processing software and vernier caliper calibration.The experimental results show that the surface tension coefficient of BD blended fuel is significantly affected by the volume content of biodiesel and increases linearly with the volume content of biodiesel.
