摘要
文章以我公司在研某车型为例,主要介绍了一种后纵梁轻量化的设计方法。即通过选取合理的零件材料和料厚设计满足汽车结构强度及轻量化的需求,文章针对后纵梁详细阐述轻量化的设计方法。轻量化的设计方法降低了车身零件的重量、提高了燃油经济性,达到节能减排的目的。
A design method of light weight for rear longitudinal beam is introduced in this paper,taking an example of a vehicle in our company as an example.That is to say,by selecting reasonable material and thickness design to meet the needs of vehicle structure strength and lightweight,the lightweight design method for rear longitudinal member is elaborated in detail.The lightweight design method reduces the weight of the body parts,improves the fuel economy,and achieves the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
