摘要
为降低某车型顶棚总成挥发性有机化合物(VOC)中的苯乙烯和甲醛的挥发量,分析顶棚总成中各组成材料,采用袋式法,利用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)与配置热脱附仪的气相色谱–质谱联用仪(TDS-GC/MS),逐一测试分析各组成材料的VOC挥发量,排查出各组成材料中苯乙烯和甲醛含量最高的材料,并改进该材料的VOC挥发性能,从而使顶棚总成满足VOC限值要求。实验结果表明,顶棚中的聚氨酯(PU)泡片造成了甲醛超出限值要求,顶棚背面的支架材料造成了苯乙烯超出限值要求,通过改进PU泡片和背面支架的原材料,顶棚总成达到了VOC的限值要求。
In order to reduce volatile organic compounds emissions of styrene and formaldehyde from a certain vehicle roof,investigated VOC emissions of each of composed raw meterial and found out the raw material which content the most formaldehyde or styrene by high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry equipped with thermal desorption(TDS-GC/MS)via bag method.The experimental results show that the PU foam in the roof lead formaldehyde exceed limit,the holder in the back of roof lead styrene exceed limit.After improving the raw meterial of PU foam and holder,the roof satisfies the requirement of VOC limit.
