摘要
随着油耗法规的日益严苛,对汽车车身轻量化提出了约来越严格的要求。热成型零件的应用是车身轻量化的主要途径之一,一直在被广泛的应用。文章介绍热成型零件在车身上的应用方法,即竞品分析确定热成型零件范围,等强度计算确定零件料厚,CAE分析进一步确定零件料厚,成本分析最终确认热成型零件范围。研究缩短了项目开发周期,确定了成本分析模型,对后续项目起到了一定的指导作用。
With the increasingly stringent fuel consumption regulations,the lightweight body puts forward more strict requirements.The application of hot forming parts is one of the main ways to lighten the body weight,which is widely applied.This paper introduces the application of hot forming parts on body,Analysis and determination of the range of hot forming parts,Further determination of the thickness of parts by CAE analysis,Final confirmation of the range of hot forming parts by cost analysis.The research shortened the project development cycle,established the cost analysis model,and played a guiding role for the following projects.
