整车防腐性能量化评价方法研究

Research on quantitative evaluation method of vehicle anti-corrosion performance

整车防腐性能是汽车产品质量的关键指标,但目前行业内对整车防腐性能的评价尚未建立完整的评价体系,导致对整车防腐初始质量及可靠性质量难以进行量化评价。论文设立了腐蚀衰减等级及相应分值,利用扣分加权法对整车防腐性能进行量化评价,并划分为五个级别的质量区间,对其设定相应的质量等级和星级评价。同时,应用此方法对某款乘用车整车腐蚀性能进行了评价分析,结果表明该方法有利于整车防腐性能集成指标的设定,可对不同车型及各系统之间的防腐性能进行横向对比分析,快速拟定整改方向,可有针对性地提升整车防腐性能和顾客满意度。

Vehicle anti-corrosion performance is a key index of automobile product quality,but the evaluation of vehicle anti-corrosion performance has not yet established a complete evaluation system,which makes it difficult to quantify the initial quality and reliability of vehicle anti-corrosion.The corrosion attenuation grade and the corresponding score are set up in this paper.The weighting method of deduction is applied to quantify the vehicle's anticorrosive performance,and it is divided into five levels of quality interval,and the corresponding quality level and star rating are set for it.At the same time,this method is applied to the evaluation and analysis of the corrosion performance of a vehicle,the results show that this method is beneficial to the antiseptic performance of the integrated index set,can be horizontal comparative analysis of corrosion resistance between different models and different systems,to change the direction of the whole fast,can be targeted to enhance the anti-corrosion performance of vehicle and customer satisfaction.
