摘要 汽车车身包含白车身及四门两盖,在不降低性能的前提下,综合考虑轻质材料、结构优化和先进工艺,同时兼顾车身性能、重量和成本三个因素,建立起轻量化节能技术平台,为达到降低油耗目标提供有效的技术平台。文章介绍了钢质车身中涉及到的轻量化、安全性及防腐设计。 The vehicle body includes the body in white and the four doors and two covers,without reducing the perfor-mance of the premise,considering the light material,structural optimization and advanced technology,consider the body performance,weight and cost,and establish a lightweight energy-saving technology platform,In order to achieve the target of saving fuel consumption to provide an effective technical platform.This article describes the steel body involved in the lightweight,security and corrosion protection design.
