摘要 针对蔬菜产业链中大量副产物的处理问题,设计了一种全液压履带自走式蔬菜副产物有机肥翻抛机,为蔬菜副产物有机肥生产作业中的翻抛环节提供装备支撑。通过菌种喷淋、定期翻抛、揉搓粉碎等工艺手段,进行有氧发酵、快速腐熟,将蔬菜副产物制备成绿色环保的优质有机肥,提高蔬菜副产物利用率,解决蔬菜副产物有机肥生产翻抛环节劳动强度大、作业周期长、菌种混合不均匀以及由此所带来的有机肥产品品质下降、劳动力成本高、效率低等难题。 For a large number of by-product processing problems of vegetable industry chain,we designed a full hydraulic crawler self-propelled organic vegetables by-product cast machine,providing equipment support with turning throw for vegetable by-product organic fertilizer production links.Through strain spraying,turning on a regular basis,knead crush process,aerobic fermentation,rotten quickly,the vegetable by-products are prepared into high-quality organic fertilizer of green environmental protection,so as to improve the utilization rate of vegetable by-products,and solve the problems of high labor intensity,long operation period,mixed strains uniform,as well as the organic fertilizer product quality decline,high labor costs,low efficiency in vegetable by-products organic fertilizer production and turnover link.
