摘要
随着生活水平的提高,私家车越来越多,随之产生的环保以及停车难等问题变得日益严峻。针对以上问题,以小型载客电动汽车作为研究对象,对其组合、翻转及通信方案进行设计。基于UG建模技术及虚拟样机技术所设计的小型载客电动汽车可进行组合,并利用机械结构实现组合部分的翻转。通过小车的组合及组合部分的翻转,实现空间的合理利用,解决汽车空间利用率低和停车空间不足的问题。同时,基于蓝牙和互联网技术,对翻转部分的BLDC电机进行远程控制,实现电动汽车组合部分的平稳翻转组合,为将来在无人驾驶汽车上的应用提供了基础。
With the improvement of living standards,more and more people have private cars,along with the environmental protection and parking problems become increasingly serious.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the small passenger electric vehicle as research object,and designs its combination,flip and communication scheme.Small passenger electric vehicles designed based on UG modeling technology and virtual prototyping technology can be combined,and achieve flip of the combined part with use of mechanical structure.Through the car combination and flip of the combined part,it achieves a reasonable use of space to solve low utilization of automotive space and insufficient parking space.At the same time,based on Bluetooth and Internet technology,remote control to BLDC motor of the flip part can achieve a smooth flip of the combined part of the electric vehicle,to provide a basis for future applications in unmanned vehicles.
