基于ZigBee通信的车载运输小车组设计

摘要 以运输型车辆作为研究对象,对用于其后车斗内的省力运货小车组及通信方案进行了设计。基于SolidWorks建模技术及虚拟样机技术所设计的小车可万向移动,通过机械结构实现货物的省力推送,通过小车组的配合实现整车货物的运送、布局等,解决人力搬运劳累和摩擦损伤货物及车斗的问题;小车设置压力传感器,实时采集货物载荷信息,通过ZigBee无线通信技术,实现小车栽荷状态实时监控,及时向中央控制器反馈提醒车载货物倾倒、摔落信息,避免财产损失和交通安全隐患。 A transport vehicle taken as research object,the labor-saving delivery trolley group in the rear hopper and the communication scheme are designed.The designed trolley based on SolidWorks modeling technology and virtual prototype technology can move universally,realizes labor-saving carriage of goods by a mechanical structure,and carries out transportation,layout,etc.of the whole vehicle through the coordination of the trolley group,and solves the problems of human handling fatigue and friction damage to the goods and the hopper;the trolley has a pressure sensor for real-time acquisition of goods loading information,through ZigBee wireless communication technology,to achieve real-time monitoring of vehicle load,timely feedback to the central controller to remind vehicle cargo dumping,drop information,so as to avoid property loss and traffic safety hazard.
