摘要
为提高汽车怠速启停系统中起动机的启动效率,提出了一种双开关式起动机控制结构,并对该控制结构和起动机进行设计计算。计算起动机电枢直径、长度,永磁体直径、长度等主要参数,进一步完善了起动机的性能要求。
In order to improve the starting frequency of starter in idle start and stop system of automobiles,a control structure of double closed type starter is put forward,and the control structure and motor of the starter are designed and calculated.The main parameters such as diameter and length of the starter armature,and diameter and length of the permanent magnet are calculated,and the performance requirements of the starter are further improved.
