摘要
采用数值模拟的方法对空气雾化涂料喷枪的空气喷嘴进行研究。选取某型号空气喷嘴进行几何建模与网格划分,并对空气喷嘴在选取扇面控制孔压力为变量下的气相流场和气液两相流场进行仿真。仿真结果表明,随着扇面控制孔压力的增大,空气喷嘴的雾幅也在逐渐增大,但气流场中心线的轴向速度会减小。并且扇面控制孔的压力不能过大。
In this paper,the air nozzle of air atomizing paint spray gun is studied by numerical simulation method.A type of air nozzle is selected to do geometric modeling and mesh generation.Then the air flow field and the gas-liquid two-phase flow field of the air nozzle under different pressures of the sector control hole is simulated.The simulation results show that with the sector control hole pressure increases,the spray width of the air nozzle is gradually increased,while the centerline axial velocity of air flow field will reduce.Simultaneously,the pressure of sector control hole cannot be too large.
