摘要
我国电力工程项目的进度管理主要以关键路径法为主。该方法存在诸多缺陷,如局部最优思路、假设资源无约束等,无法满足进度管理的实际需要。关键链管理技术弥补了关键路径法的缺陷,能够使多机组电站工程项目的进度管理得到管控,但尚未得到推广和应用。通过实际项目案例,详细阐述了关键链技术在多机组电站建设工程项目中的应用成果。
For Chinese power engineering project management,the schedule management technology is mainly based on the critical path method.Due to the shortcomings of the critical path method,such as the local optimum thinking,assuming that the resources are not limited,etc.,the critical path method can’t meet the request of schedule management.The critical chain method takes the resources,processes and human behavior factors into account,which is a good way to make up for the shortcomings of critical path method,and reasonable control of the optimal allocation of resources between the multiple-units.Through the actual project case,the application of critical chain in multi-unit power plant project is expounded in detail.
