摘要
随着社会对创业型人才的需求逐渐增加,高职院校作为培养学生的主阵地,还应转变传统的教学思路,积极培养创业型人才。本文重点分析了培养创业型人才的必要性,进一步提出当前培养管理模式存在的问题,并提出具体改进措施。
as the demand for entrepreneurial talent is increasing gradually in the society,as the main position of cultivating students,higher vocational colleges should also change the traditional teaching ideas and actively cultivate entrepreneurial talents.This paper analyzes the necessity of training entrepreneurial talents,and further puts forward the existing problems of training management mode,and puts forward specific improvement measures.
