车辆装备保障数据服务平台业务需求与设计建设研究

Research on Vehicle Equipment Support Data Service Platform Business Requirement and Data Construction

区分各类保障机关和各类保障机构两个层面,围绕车辆装备调拨、使用、维修、器材筹措等各类业务活动,分析了车辆装备保障数据服务平台应具备态势监控、规律分析、需求预测、指标预警等功能需求,设计了车辆装备保障数据服务平台应用方案、总体框架、技术体制。基于车辆装备保障业务需求,从车辆装备保障业务数据标准、采集、处理、挖掘、展现等方面,提出了数据工程建设需求,为研发车辆装备保障数据服务平台提供了解决方案。

From two aspects of support departments and agencies,this paper analyses vehicle equipment business activities,including vehicle equipment allocation,use,maintenance,material supplying and so on.Functional requirements of the equipment support data service platform have situation monitoring,rule analysis,demand prediction,indicator warning.The application scheme,general framework and technical system of data service platform for vehicle equipment are designed.Based on vehicle equipment support business needs,the data construction demand is put forward,from the vehicle equipment support business standards,data acquisition,processing,mining and so on.The above research can provide a solution for the development of vehicle equipment support data service platform.
