基于教授治学视角下的大学科学发展实践与思考

Scientific Development of Universities under the Perspective of Academic Management by Professors:Practice and Thoughts

文章在阐述了教授治学是大学学术本质的要求,而学术委员会是"教授治学"集中体现的基础上,探究了当前大学加强学术委员会建设,落实教授治学面临的困境,对南京农业大学完善学术治理结构,推进教授治学的探索与实践,以及所取得的成绩,进行了深入阐述,并就南京农业大学如何进一步推进教授治学和科学发展,构建研究生培养质量保障体系,加快世界一流农业大学建设步伐提出了几点对策建议。

On the basis of defining the academic management by professor as a basic requirement of academic management at universities and the university academic committee as the manifestation of such a concept,this paper discussed the plight faced by university in the construction of the university academic committee and the realization of academic management by professors,summarized the exploration and practice as well as the success of perfecting the academic management structure and promoting the academic management by professors at Nanjing Agricultural University.This paper also offered some suggestions for further promoting the academic management by professors and discipline construction,and setting up the quality guarantee system of postgraduate education and accelerating the construction of the world first-class agricultural university.
