高校大类招生:理论检视、困境表述与优化路径

大类招生符合通识教育、精英教育、以学生为中心的现代教育理念,是高校教育教学改革和人才培养模式改革的重要举措,但在发展中也逐渐陷入冷热专业发展失衡,"宽口径、厚基础"改革初衷难以实现,学生管理难度加大等困境。因此,如何完善大类招生模式,充分发挥其价值,突破其发展困境,就成为身处改革进程中的高等院校亟待化解的难题。文章提出以下优化路径:遵循因校制宜、因专业制宜的原则,坚持"以人为本",加强师资队伍建设,激励学生学习积极性。

Broad category enrollment is an important measure for the reform of higher education,affecting its teaching reform and personnel training model,and it conforms with the principles of general-study education,elite education,student-centered educational philosophy and practice-centered education.However,it is also gradually falling into the predicament of hot and cold majors demarcation or imbalance,the difficult realization of the original intention of the"wide-caliber,thick-foundation"reform and difficulty in student management.Therefore,how to perfect the pattern of large category enrollment,give full play to its value and break through its development predicament has become an urgent problem to be solved for colleges and universities in their reforming efforts.
