高校志愿服务专业化的内涵、现状及反思——基于江苏省部分高校的问卷调研

The Connotation,Situation and Reflection of Professionalization of Volunteer Service in Universities:Based on Survey of Some Universities in Jiangsu Province

志愿服务活动作为大学生参与社会实践的重要形式,对于提升大学生思想政治水平,助力成长成才起着至关重要的作用。为切实发挥其在思想政治教育中的推手作用,必须推动高校志愿服务的专业化建设进程。高校志愿服务专业化涵盖了组织管理专业化、志愿者管理专业化、项目运营专业化、服务内容专业化、服务评价专业化等五个方面,根据专业化内涵对江苏省部分高校开展调研,结果表明高校志愿服务的专业化发展还存在着组织管理制度不完善、志愿者管理方法落后、服务内容非专业化、项目品牌意识薄弱,评价与反馈机制缺失等问题。反思产生问题的原因,主要包括三个方面:管理僵化,制约了组织内部制度的完善;空谈奉献,挫伤了志愿者参与积极性;调研不足,导致了志愿服务供需脱钩。文章根据存在的问题提出相应的政策建议。

As an important form of social practice,volunteer service activities play an important role inupgrading the ideological and political level of college students and helping them grow.In order to give full play to its role as the promoter of ideological and political education,we should push the process of the specialization of voluntary service in universities.Specialization of volunteer service in universities covers the five aspects,including the specialization of organization management,volunteer management,project operation,service content and service evaluation.Based on the connotation of specialization,the survey was carried out in some universities of Jiangsu Province.The results show that there are still some problems in the professional development of volunteer service in universities,such as the imperfect management system of organizations,the backward management of volunteers,the non-professional service contents,the weak brand awareness,and the lack of evaluation and feedback mechanism.Reflections on the causes of the problems include three aspects:rigid management,restricting the improvement of the internal system of the organization;blabber of dedication,dampening the volunteers’enthusiasm of participation;inadequate research leading to the decoupling of supply and demand of volunteer services.Finally,according to the existing problems,corresponding policy recommendations are offered.
