摘要
沥青是一种典型的感温性材料,其轻组分(芳香分和饱和分的统称)含量对沥青材料的高低温性能有很重要的影响。通过小梁曲试验对含有不同轻组分比例的沥青的软化点、针入度、延度、60℃动力黏度,黏附等级以及不同低温条件下的劲度模量进行了测定,分析了轻组分含量变化对沥青低温性能影响的规律,确定了在保证高温性能的前提下,沥青获得最优低温性能时轻组分的含量。
Asphalt is a kind of typical temperature-sensitive material.The light component content of asphalt(including aromatics and saturates)has significant influence on the performance of asphalt at high or low temperature.In this paper,by the bending test the softening point of asphalt,penetration,ductility,dynamic viscosity at 60℃and the cohesiveness of the asphalt at different light component ratios and the stiffness modulus of small asphalt beam at different low temperature conditions are measured and determined.The influence rule of asphalt low temperature performance with the change of light component content of asphalt is analyzed and the light component content at the optimal low temperature performance of the asphalt in the premise of ensuring the performance at high temperature is determined.
