摘要 民办高校辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,是高校学生日常思想政治教育、管理和服务工作的主力军。民办高校辅导员的工作满意度会影响其工作积极性与工作稳定性。借助于双因素理论,对影响民办高校辅导员工作满意度的因素进行分析,构建提升民办高校辅导员工作满意度的策略。 Students counselors at non-government college are an important part of administrative and faculty staff in non-government colleges,functioning as the forefront workers dealing with the daily ideological and political education,and management and service for the students.Their job satisfaction will affect their enthusiasm and work performance.Based on the"Two Factors Theory",this article analyzes the factors that influence the job satisfaction of students counselors at non-government colleges,and constructs the strategies to improve their job satisfaction.
