摘要
网络在线教育是教学方式上的创新形式与变革。学习者满意度高低和影响学习满意度因素是网络在线教育关注的焦点问题。构建网络在线课程学习满意度模型,探究模型中变量之间的关系,研究发现学习者对网络在线课程的感知质量和感知价值对学习满意度的形成具有显著影响,学习者期望对学习满意度产生间接影响,进而影响学习者持续使用意愿,其中学习者的课程感知质量对学习满意度的影响效果较为显著。据此提出提高课程种类多样性,丰富教学内容;加强教学互动性,体现人文关怀;增强平台功能性,完善教学体系等建议。
Online education is the innovation and transformation of traditional teaching methods,and the online courses in colleges are more adaptive to the vigorous development of the educational information age.The low learning satisfaction and the influencing factors for learning satisfaction are two issues that invite an extensive concern in online education research.This study is based on the construction of online learning satisfaction model,exploring the relationship between the variables in the model.The result demonstrates that learners'perceived quality and perceived value of online courses have a significant impact on the learning satisfaction,and the learner expectation has an indirect effect on learning satisfaction and hen affect the willingness of the learners to continue to use online courses.Among them,the influence of learners'perceived quality on learning satisfaction is significant.According to the current status of online course teaching in China,this paper offers the following suggestions:improve the variety of curriculum,enrich the teaching content,increase the interaction of teaching forms,embody more humanistic care,enhance the function of the platform and perfect the teaching system.
