摘要
P2P网络借贷平台在我国发展已经10年,但是我国的P2P平台行业还并未发展成熟,出现了很多的问题。从P2P平台的经营问题、信用问题、法律政策问题出发,根据现有的文献进行综述,然后结合中国实际的国情提出合理的建议。
P2P network lending platform in China has been developing for 10 years,but China's P2P platform industry has not yet matured,which triggers a lot of problems.With regard to the P2P platform business problems,credit issues,legal policy issues,according to the existing literature review and the existing problems,combined with China's actual situation,this paper makes reasonable recommendations.
