论服务于区域经济发展的高职人才培养

Discussing the Serving Regional Economy Developmentof Higher Vocational Talents Training

高职教育主要为生产、管理、服务第一线培养高素质技术技能人才,服务于区域经济与社会发展。当前高职教育在培养服务区域经济发展的人才方面还存在一些问题,如责任与意识不到位、培养目标不精准、专业调整不及时等问题。为此,应在政府引导下加大政、企、行、校四方合作广度与深度,构建全方位的人才培养平台;高职院校应与时俱进,及时调整专业结构、更新核心课程体系等,来增强人才培养与区域经济发展需求契合度。

Higher vocational education mainly cultivates technically skilled talents of high quality for the first line of production and management and service,and serves the regional economic and social development.At present,there are still some problems in talent cultivation of serving the regional economy development,namely,responsibility and consciousness do not comply with the designated position,training target is not accurate professional adjustment problems.Therefore,in government’s guidance to increase cooperation efforts of government,enterprises,industry and vocational college to build a full range of talent training platform,higher vocational colleges should keep pace with the times,adjust the structure of professional and update core curriculum system in time to improve the quality of personnel training and efficiency.
