探讨运用系统论优化思想政治理论课实践教学系统的思路与方法。依据系统论整体性、动态性、开放性原理对思政课实践教学队伍、课程内容、教学方法与手段进行调整与改进,促进了思政课实践教学总体目标的实现。系统论在齐鲁工业大学思政课实践教学中的运用,提高了学生学习思政课的兴趣,深化了教学人员对实践教学重要性的认识,有力提升了思政课实践教学的实效性。

This paper discusses the idea and method of using system theory to optimize the practice teaching system of ideological and political theory course.Based on the theory of holism,dynamic and openness of system theory,the adjustment and improvement of practice teaching team,course contents,teaching methods and means of ideological and political course have promoted the realization of the overall goal of practice teaching in ideological and political course.The application of system theory in practice teaching of ideological and political course in Qilu Industrial University has improved students'interest in learning ideological and political courses,deepened the awareness of teaching staff's importance to practical teaching,and effectively enhanced the effectiveness of practice teaching in Ideological and political courses.
