摘要
为更深入了解黄河兰州段水质状况,采用16s rRNA高通量测序技术对黄河兰州段枯水期和丰水期不同环境水体中浮游细菌系统的多样性进行了检测和分析.通过与理化指标测定结果对比后发现,一定范围内,随着污染程度的增加细菌系统的多样性随之增加,细菌的群落结构也发生了一定的变化.这一结果表明,浮游细菌系统多样性及其群落结构的变化对水体的污染状况具有一定指示作用.首次探明了黄河兰州段浮游细菌生态系统的大致状况,同时揭示出利用浮游细菌系统多样性的变化对水质进行检测是可以实现的.此方法不但能对河流水质进行预判和预测,同时也为黄河水体菌种资源开发奠定基础.
In order to examine the water quality in Lanzhou section of the Yellow River,diversity of the planktonic bacteria systems in different water bodies of Lanzhou section during low water and wet periods were determined through the method of 16s rRNA high throughput sequencing.Comparison of the physical and chemical indicators in different environments showed that,within a certain range,the diversity of bacterial systems increased with the increase of pollution degree,and that the community structure of bacteria also changed.The results indicate that the diversity of planktonic bacteria systems and the change of its distribution characteristics can be used as indicators of the pollution of the water body.Through this study,the general situation of the planktonic bacteria ecosystem in Lanzhou section of the Yellow River,for the first time,was ascertained.The results indicate that it is feasible to monitor the water quality by observing changes of the diversity of the planktonic bacteria.The method can be used to predict the water quality in the Yellow River.It lays a foundation for the development of bacteria resources in the Yellow River.
