“对分课堂”教学模式在本科财务管理课程中的应用研究

Research on the Application of “PAD” Teaching Mode in the Undergraduate Course of Financial Management

"对分课堂"是复旦大学张学新教授提出的一种新式教学方法,其是将讲授式教学和讨论式教学相结合,从而提高课堂效率,激发学生学习热情。财务管理课程是会计和财务管理专业学生本科阶段的一个"硬骨头",学生常常会产生畏惧甚至厌学的心理,本文对"对分课堂"在财务管理课程中应注意的问题进行了总结,并对"对分"模式在高校的应用前景做出了展望。

"PAD Class"is a new teaching method put forward by Professor Zhang Xuexin of Fudan University.It combines lecture teaching with discussion teaching,so as to improve classroom efficiency and stimulate students'learning enthusiasm.Financial management is a very difficuot course for undergraduates majored in accounting or financial management.Students often have the feeling of fear or even weariness over the course.This paper summed up the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of"PAD Class"to the course of financial management,and forcasted the application prospect of PAD mode in universities.
