"一带一路"倡议作为引领我国新一轮对外开放、培育国际竞争新优势的战略布局,同时也是引领全球化新时代、重塑全球经济新秩序、完善全球治理体系的重要力量,引起了国际社会的高度关注。近年来,"一带一路"建设稳步推进,并取得了丰硕的成果,但"一带一路"倡议的推进之路充满了荆棘与坎坷,面临全球地缘政治、投资安全、大国角力、经济风险等诸多挑战。因此,对于"一带一路"倡议的推进实施,其面临的种种潜在的风险,我们必须予以足够的重视,树立风险防控意识,并做到未雨绸缪,妥善应对。

The Belt and Road Initiative is a strategic layout that guides a new round of opening up and fosters new advantages of international competition.Meanwhile,it is also the main engine that leads the new era of globalization,reshapes the new global economic order and improves the global governance system,drawing great attention from the international community.In recent years,the construction of the Belt and Road has been implemented steadily and yielded fruitful accomplishments,but it is full of thorns and bumps,facing the global geopolitics,power wrestling,economic risks,security risks and other challenges.Therefore,we must pay full attention to it and establish a sense of risk prevention and control,being fully and properly prepared.
