体育组织管理与运行机制研究——以河南理工大学为例

On the organizational management and operational mechanism of college physical education A case study of Henan Polytechnic University

中国高校的体育教育,已经形成了自己独特的组织管理与运行机制,同时也面临着进一步的挑战。通过采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对河南理工大学体育组织管理与运行机制进行了分析。研究结果表明,全面贯彻国家体育政策法规、实施精细化管理、不断更新体育工作理念、创新新型体育教学模式是高校体育组织管理与运行机制的有效保障;坚持"两操一练"、充分地挖掘地方体育资源优势、开设特色体育课程、确保学生每天锻炼1小时是高校体育组织管理与运行机制的有效方法。基于时间段、体育教师数量以及体育场地器材的有限性,不能全部实现小班上课构想,与学校整体接轨的体育教学组织管理体制仍需进一步加强。

The college physical education in China has formed its own unique organizational management and operational mechanism,but still faces the need for further development.This paper analyzes the organizational management and operational mechanism of physical education in Henan Polytechnic University by means of literature and logic analysis.The results show that the full implementation of the national sports policies and regulations,the implementation of meticulous management,the constant update of the concept of sports work,and the innovation of new teaching model will guarantee the organizational ma-nagement and operational mechanism of college physical education.Adhering to the“two-exercise”practice,exploiting the local sports resources,and offering courses about sports with local characteristics will effectively ensure the organizational management and operational mechanism of college physical education.At the same time,the organization and management system of college PE teaching still needs strengthening due to the limitations in curricula time,the number of teachers,the sports venues,and class size.
